Lewis has been working in the Financial services industry since 2005 starting in a post room for a Building Society. From there he worked his way up to Managing over 40 different Branches at different times during his tenure. Lewis entered the Specialist Finance industry in 2018 and worked his way up to Director level before leaving to create a Joint Venture with Good Friend Paul.   

A Cemap and FPC qualified industry professional with 25 years UK bank lending and a further 10 years in advising on bespoke bridging and development finance, from residential conversion projects to new build housing developments.

Paul tailors the funding proposal to meet individual client needs by selecting the right lender from across the entire UK marketplace to suit client needs.

Pauls approach is that in this industry  there is no 'one size fits all '
